Who is Jesus Christ?
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the promised Messiah, and the Savior of the world. He was born in Bethlehem, grew up in Nazareth, and began His ministry proclaiming the Kingdom of God. He called people to repentance, faith, love, forgiveness, and a renewed relationship with God.
Jesus revealed God’s character through His words and actions. He healed the sick, welcomed the poor and the outcast, showed mercy to sinners, and taught that the greatest commandments are to love God with all one’s heart, soul, mind, and strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself. His teachings, including the Sermon on the Mount and His parables, continue to guide and transform lives.
Jesus willingly gave His life on the cross for the forgiveness of sins and the salvation of humanity. On the third day, He rose from the dead, defeating sin and death and offering the hope of eternal life to all who believe in Him. His resurrection is the foundation of Christian faith and the greatest expression of God’s love for the world.
Today, billions of people follow Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, seeking to live according to His example of humility, truth, justice, mercy, and self-giving love. His life, teachings, death, and resurrection remain the heart of Christianity and continue to bring hope and transformation to people throughout the world.
